About The Event
Give your kids the gift of mindfulness, calming practices, meeting new friends, and fun exploration of movements through yoga designed for their age.
Kids will learn basic yoga poses, breathing exercises, and short meditations. A fun class that will help build confidence and self-esteem while learning relaxation and coping techniques. The benefits of yoga for children include stress relief, balance of high or low energy levels, improved concentration and focus, and a boost in imagination and creativity.
4 week series on Mondays & Wednesdays, June 10-Jul 3, 1-2pm. Register by June 9th.
