Sound Bath Healing and Yoga Nidra with Sherie & Tiffanny

This uncertain time of pandemic has left many with anxiety, fear and sleepless nights.  We invite you to treat your dear self to an evening of supreme self-care with Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation while laying down), by Gift of Rest founder Sherie Sloane, E-RYT/ YACEP, accompanied by the healing sounds of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls played by Reiki Healer Tiffanny Bernsee, in our in our newly expanded, spacious indoor studio.

Scientific studies have shown that at least 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra gives you the same restful feeling from an hour of deep sleep.  Please bring a mat, blanket, pillows, a small towel or eye pillow to cover your eyes,and any other props for your comfort. Kids 13+ with a guardian are welcome to sign up and attend the event. Enjoy a selection of organic teas and healthy snacks after the event.
