A soothing yoga practice to relax your mind and body. This class will include a relaxing decompressing savasana or in other words a yogi nap. Ropes yoga combines traditional yoga principles and poses wih the support of wall ropes to explore alignment, release chronic tension and maybe hang upside down. This class is for all levels, beginners & advanced students. All are welcome to explore. In this restorative class, we’ll hang out in poses longer to really activate a shift in the mind & body. A pair of ropes are low to the ground to support us in stretches for lengthening and relaxing. This will allow for the assistance of gravity to open up the body. You get the support of the ropes which will ensure alignment and a complete surrender of the body. You’ll get to experience deep relaxation while discovering new ways to move and stretch the body.
This sweet surrender includes:

Class is held in a private studio location in Mokena, IL. Address will be sent upon registration. The Zen Space is set within a spacious 1-acre yard, designed to give you a peaceful place where you can relax and rebalance your Zen. Guests must bring their own mats & other props for their comfort. There will be assigned spaces to safely distance. Face coverings are optional and may be removed once guests arrive on their mats. We look forward to welcoming you in our meditative sanctuary. Class size is limited to small group, giving you a semi-private, mini-retreat experience. Please pre-register at least one hour to secure spots.
