PRIVATE Gift of Rest: Sound Healing, Reiki & Yoga Nidra in the Zen Space with Sherie & Jonah

This uncertain time of pandemic has left many with anxiety, fear and sleepless nights. We invite you to treat your dear self to an evening of supreme self-care with Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation while laying down), by Gift of Rest founder & Reiki Healer Sherie Sloane, E-RYT/ YACEP, accompanied by the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls played by Jonah Sloane. Jonah has been playing and learning the therapeutic, ancient art of sound healing since he was 6 from his mom and Tibetan Sound healer Masters Tony Nec & Mark Handler.

Scientific studies have shown that at least 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra gives you the same restful feeling from an hour of deep sleep. Please bring a thick mat, blanket, pillows, a small towel or eye pillow to cover your eyes,and any other props for your comfort.

This private event will take place in a private location in Mokena, IL. The Zen Space is set within a spacious 1-acre yard, designed to give you a peaceful place where you can relax and rebalance your Zen. There will be assigned spaces to safely distance. Face coverings are encouraged upon checking in and may be removed once  teens arrive on their mats. Temperature checks will be done for  everyone's safety.  Kids 13+ with a guardian are welcome to sign up and attend the event.
