About The Event

Treat your dear self to an evening of supreme self-care with Gentle Yoga, Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation while laying down), by Gift of Rest founder Sherie Sloane, E-RYT/ YACEP, accompanied by the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls.

Scientific studies have shown that at Mindful Movements and at least 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra gives you the same restful feeling from an hour of deep sleep. Please bring a thick mat, blanket, pillows, a small towel or eye pillow to cover your eyes, and any other props for your comfort.

This event will take place in a semi-private yoga and meditation studio location in Mokena, IL, with clean air conditioned restroom for your convenience.  Address will be sent upon registration.  The Zen Space is set within a spacious 1-acre yard, designed to give you a peaceful place where you can relax and rebalance your Zen.  Class size is kept…
