About The Event
We invite you to treat your dear self to an evening of supreme self-care with Yoga Nidra (a guided meditation while laying down), by Gift of Rest founder Sherie Sloane, E-RYT/ YACEP, accompanied by the healing sounds of Tibetan and Crystal Singing Bowls and Ocean Drum simulating the sound of waves gently rolling upon the shore played live by Reiki Master & Sound Healer Tiffanny Bernsee, in front of a Japanese Koi Pond & Waterfall Garden.
Scientific studies have shown that at least 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra gives you the same restful feeling from an hour of deep sleep. Please bring a thick mat, blanket, pillows, a small towel or eye pillow to cover your eyes,and any other props for your comfort.
