About The Event
Hatha Yoga is defined as a movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. This Mindful Yoga class is designed for mixed-level participants to provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to alignment and therapeutic principles. Mindfulness, and the observing of breath and body are integral parts of this all-levels, beginner-friendly class.
Come as you are. Everything you need is already within you. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
Class is held in a private studio location in Mokena, IL. Address will be sent upon registration. The Zen Space is set within a spacious 1-acre yard, designed to give you a peaceful place where you can relax and rebalance your Zen. Guests must bring their own mats & other props for their comfort. There will be assigned spaces to safely distance. Face coverings are optional upon checking in and may be removed once guests arrive on their mats.
We look forward to welcoming you in our meditative sanctuary. Class size is limited to 8 to give you a more focused attention & semi-private experience. Please pre-register at least an hour to secure spots.
