About The Event

Beat the mid-day slump with a retsful pick-me-up. This class has all the signature components you've come to love from Sherie's 'Gift of Rest' events. Ease into your Zen Reset with 15 minutes of gentle stretches, 15 minutes iof guided relaxation, and 30 minutes of pure rest while laying down. A mid-day recharge for the mind, body and spirit with soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes played subtly by the wind outside of The Zen Space, lavender aromatherapy, and heated floors under your mat as you relax on your back.

Science has proven that mid-day short naps/ rest reinvigorate the mind, improve moods, and even burn the odd calorie through mindful deep breathing.
