About The Event
Feel Good Stretches and Calming Breaths are just what our minds and bodies need during the cold months of Winter.
Yoga is defined as a movement that develops strength, flexibility, bodily relaxation, and mental concentration. This Mindful Yoga class is designed for mixed-level participants to provide a balanced combination of sustained poses with attention to alignment and therapeutic principles. Mindfulness, and the observing of breath and body are integral parts of this all-levels, beginner-friendly class.
Show up as you are in the comfort of your home. Everything you need is already within you. If you can breathe, you can do yoga.
Class will be streamed live from the beautiful yoga & meditation studio of The Zen Space in IL. Your Zoom Live Class invitation will be sent upon registration. The Zen Space is set within a spacious 1-acre yard, designed to give guests a peaceful place where they can relax and experience moments of Zen. You will need a yoga mat and optional props such as blanket/ towel, blocks (or stack of books) & other props for your comfort.
