Gather the whole family or take time out for yourself to Breathe and Bliss Out.
When faced with a crisis, our fight or flight response kicks in. When it does, our energy levels gets depleted faster. Pranayamas ('prana' means breath/life force & 'ayama' means to regulate of lengthen) are meditative breathing techniques that have the ability to quickly increase oour energy, release stress, improve our mental clarity and our physical health.
In this class, you'll learn and practice 5 Breathing Techniques in a clear, simple manner to help you ease into a relaxed state. The key to healthy and happy living may lie in right breathing. When we attend to our breath, it brings us to the present moment, increases our self-awareness, and brings a sense of calm.
We'll bliss out to end the class with gentle, easy strecthes on your mat or chair, applying the breathing techniques, and a short, guided meditation. This calss is suitable for all ages and anyone who experience anxiety, suffer from insomnia or other sleep issues; and anyone looking to learn easy, effective and safe techniques to support their own wellbeing during this uncertain time.
